Delivery Policy:
- All postage and delivery costs are clearly shown at the checkout
where appropriate.
- Items that are to be posted or sent by courier will usually be despatched
within 4 to 5 days. However at busy times or when goods are not in stock
please allow up to 28 days.
- Custom made furniture and aquariums have a standard manufacturer
lead time of between three and eights weeks. These items and larger
systemised aquariums are delivered by our own staff and transport fleet.
We will in this instance give you 5 to 7 days notice of delivery in
order for you to make adequate arrangements.
- Couriered or posted items can only be delivered to the actual address
stated at point of order and we have no control over the delivery times
of these services.
- Delivery services do NOT include the unpacking and positioning of
aquariums and cabinets unless otherwise requested at point of order.
( at an extra cost ).
- We have no responsibility should a product not physically fit into
your property for whatever reason and therefore any cost involved for
returning or altering the product/s remain that of you the customer.
- Damaged or faulty goods should be reported to us within 48 hours
of delivery.
Returns & Refund policy:
- Please contact us should you wish to return an item and we will give
you details of how and where to return the item.
- We reserve the right to charge for time and materials arising from
incorrectly returned items.
- All postage, packaging costs for a returned item remain that of you
the customer.
- We can not accept the return of goods that have been made to order
for you the customer.
- A 3% handling charge will be applied to returned items where we the
company are not at fault.
Other:
- Our policies do not affect your statutory rights.
- We endeavour to keep the information within this web site up to
date. However some descriptions and images may not be that of the
product which you are ordering.
